ProofWalk does not collect your data. There is no ProofWalk account, no ProofWalk server, and no analytics. Everything you put into the app stays on your devices and, when iCloud sync is on, in your own private iCloud.
Your properties, units, tenant names and contact details, inspection checklists, notes, deduction amounts, signatures, and every photo you take are written to your device's own storage. With iCloud sync on (it is on by default; switch it off in Settings), the same data is also stored in the private iCloud database that belongs to your Apple Account, so it appears on your iPhone, iPad and Mac. That database is hosted by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; the developer cannot read it, and nothing is sent to the developer. There is no ProofWalk account to create and no ProofWalk server to sign in to.
This is how the app is built, not a policy layered on top: the only place your inspection data travels is your own iCloud, through Apple's CloudKit. There is no other networking code for it. The app keeps working with no signal and catches up when there is one.
None. The developer does not receive your inspections, your photos, your tenants' details, or any usage statistics. There is no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software in the app.

Every one of these is optional. Decline any of them and the rest of ProofWalk still works.
When you send a report, ProofWalk hands the PDF to the standard iOS share sheet and you choose where it goes — Mail, Messages, Files, or another app. ProofWalk does not send it anywhere on its own and keeps no copy outside your iPhone.
A report can contain a tenant's name and signature. That information is entered by you, stored only on your iPhone, and shared only when you choose to send the report. You are responsible for handling it in line with your local tenancy and privacy laws.
ProofWalk Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles the payment; the developer never sees your card details, billing address, or Apple Account. The app only ever asks Apple a yes-or-no question: is this subscription currently active? You can view or cancel the subscription in Settings on your iPhone, under your Apple Account.
ProofWalk is a tool for landlords and property managers and is not directed at children. Since the app collects no information at all, it collects none from children either.
Delete an inspection or a property in the app and it is gone from every device, along with its photos. To remove everything from iCloud as well, delete the ProofWalk data under Settings › Apple Account › iCloud › Manage Storage on your device. There is no copy held by the developer and nothing to request.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export, and delete personal data a company holds about you. ProofWalk holds none, so there is nothing to request. Your data is already entirely in your own hands, on your own device.
This policy is updated before any version ships that changes what happens to your data.
